CHICA Opening Celebrates Amicon Management’s Hospitality Portfolio

The opening of the highly-anticipated CHICA restaurant marks a celebration for Amicon Management’s current portfolio of restaurant and hospitality projects.

The opening of the highly-anticipated CHICA restaurant marks a celebration for Amicon Management’s current portfolio of restaurant and hospitality projects.

CHICA is the latest dining concept by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia and 50 Eggs hospitality group, owner of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar and Spring Chicken. Designed by award-winning firm Rockwell Group, the “atmosphere brings the complete visceral experience of the gateway to Latin America,” according to Haute Living.

As neighbors of the iconic space, Amicon Management’s team is very proud to have led the transformation of the landmark location that housed the longstanding Soyka restaurant in the Upper East Side of Miami.

Meeting aggressive time frame requirements, Amicon Management and its partners completed the renovation of the space that showcases the colors of South America in tile mosaics, a canopy of greenery, custom lighting and street art-inspired murals by Osornoart.

New Location Under Construction | River Seafood Oyster Bar
The iconic River Seafood Oyster Bar will be moving to a new location in the heart of Brickell.  Owner and chef David Bracha along with Patrick Gleber have trusted Amicon Management to manage and build this neighborhood gem designed by international architecture firm, HOK.
